Hi I’m Jamie! As a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of New York, the work that massage therapy provides, helps improve daily muscle function and give a sense of relief from muscle tension and stress that we carry with us. My personal massage style is a combination of relaxation and sports therapy as I do my best to align your posture to a neutral state that will give you a feeling of space being created within the body. I am deeply committed to building a trusting relationship with clients while maintaining a professional and ethical atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and safe. My goal is to tailor my massage to the individuals needs and provide the best treatment I can possible for you. I hope to be an aide in your holistic approach and choice of healing with a regularly scheduled massage routine.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule for you. Cancellations that are less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged my cancellation policy of 50% of the service booked. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you choose to reschedule for any last minute reason there will be a rescheduling fee of $30. All payments will need to be paid in full before booking another appointment. Payments accepted - all major credit cards + debit cards, cash and check. I ask that you please provide a card number to reserve your appointment. I am understanding and very flexible because I know life happens!
